Red Deer Stag

Two walks in the park today, walked through the middle of a herd of deer this afternoon as they straddled the path. The dog wasn't over happy ,but they ignored her as she kept her distance. Today's image shows the new antlers growing well. I would love to feel them in the velvet, but I'm not sure I'd live to tell the tale.
