Beecraigs Country Park - again
Met Ann's friends, Kay & Allison in Beecraigs Country Park. The humans had lunch and I just had to have snooze time in the car because I wasn't allowed in the cafe. Boohoo!
After lunch they took me for a lovely walk. I did lots of sniffing around in the woodland areas and a lot of splishing and splashing and sploshing in the loch and then we spotted a sign that said, 'Please don't let your dog go in the water and disturb the anglers???? Well it was a bit late for that!!!
After my walk I had to go back into the car for another snooze because for some reason, unbeknown to a gorgeous little collie dog, the humans had to go back into the cafe?!
And then............................ On the way home an orange warning light flashed up on our car dashboard with a message that said, 'Check tyre pressure'.
'Check tyre pressure'??? The car is only two months old. So then I had to listen to Ann ranting, all the way home. After phoning 'Arnold Clarke' (the dealership where we bought the car) who are worse than useless(but at least they did answer the phone today, we popped into 'Morningside Kwik Fit'. Cannot praise them highly enough. What fabulous customer service. They sorted out our tyres, told us what our tyre pressure should be, offered Ann coffee, and reset the warning light thingy and didn't charge us anything.
Who remembers this ad from the 1980s?
You can't get better than a Kwik Fit Fitter.
So all's well that ends well.
Only one more day in Edinburgh. Boohoo.
