Sleepy head.....

enjoying the sun.  Went to physio again about my back, had some ultrasound etc and ended up with my shoulder taped.  I've managed to get some impingement whilst learning the rhumba...... !   It's quite an interesting experience in that I'm now aware when I drop my shoulder.....
