Palayok Adobo
Palayok is a clay pot in our language and today I wanted to try to cook our national dish, Adobo, in one of them. After seasoning the pot with oil and water, I layered all the ingredients in and topped it with loads of crushed garlic and it was good to go. Cooking time was about two and a half hours. Well worth the wait.
