It was one year ago today that I took my very first slimming world group...
... At a team meeting this evening I was presented with a cute little 'happy 1st birthday' card from the girls on my team!
It's been a mad, busy, amazing & rewarding year, & I couldn't have done it without the support of the fab Team BC, and my friends & family who have been there to support me & put up with me over the past 12 months too!!
