OK so it is a cheat shot as I took it yesterday.....

I took about 50 shots today and for some reason all of them were rubbish. 

More gardening for both of us today and we are suitably tired.

Oh yes and today I rang a contact number about joining slimming world. The Dr gave me a code which entitles me to 12 free weeks....it'll  be hard cos I like chocolate & crisps & cheese, not all at the same time I hasten to add...
