Half Way Handover.

This is the all important 13 mile handover of Gatorade and gel. It's rather warm, a little too warm for someone who's done all his training in winter cold in the Alps. Still, a time of 2h 59 is something to be proud of on a hot 25°,undulating course. Well done Paul!!
