Stars Over Talbot Forest

I had a meeting in Geraldine this evening, but on my way home I took a quick detour up Priest's Hill to take this shot of the Southern Cross and Coalsack Nebula above the young cabbage trees on the edge of Talbot Forest.

In the extras you'll see a shot looking towards the mountains that I grabbed on my way to the meeting as I crossed the Orari Bridge in the car. I've got a new clutch grip for my X-T2, allowing me to have a firm one handed grip on the shot  :-)
