I had a good morning; walking Cousteau at the wetlands and then catching up with SG for a chat and some idea exchanging.

Then off to work, where I had a good afternoon with my kids.

Home to cook risotto for dinner and to do a few bits and bobs on the computer.

I'm tired out now! Athletics Day tomorrow in Bendigo.
