Good morning Whitby

Back blipping our last day in Whitby.
We did make it to the beach but this was one of the trips to take stuff to the car so we didn't lose our parking space. Definitely a car park with a view. Sunday's rain had really washed the world clean.
After lunch the road home. We came the direct route and made it back in 2.5 hours even though we got stuck in traffic on the A64. Adventure Girl slept most of the way and was much better for it. Gorgeous Boy started the day quite grumpy. It was because he didn't want the holiday to end. I have much sympathy with that point of view. He cheered up once had got his shoes and socks off on the beach.
Nice to be sleeping in my own bed.
