Carsfad Loch

Out for a holiday Monday drive with Mrs F today and whilst driving we noticed this unusual view of Carsfad Loch.  It was almost completely empty of water.  There was just a little trickle of water going through it.  The loch is man-made and is part of a series of lochs which produce electricity.  We found out that the electricity company is draining each down in turn as part of a series of improvement works to the system.
