I read the news today oh boy

Our rather lovely day in Bath was overshadowed by the Horcrux of Margaret Thatcher calling a snap general election in an Erdogan like grab for power.

I hate Brexit. I hate the Tories. I hate the fact that so many people want to take this country back into the narrow minded social and political dark ages.

Other than that, a really nice day ... The Pig was a lovely place to wake up in ... Bath was lovely in the spring sunshine, and we had an amazing breakfast in the Wild Cafe...The views over the city were a bit like Tuscany ... and there was lots of interesting people watching ... Oh and a rather lovely butterfly sculpture in the cathedral whose narrative was the support and care of migrants who had been forced to flee their homes ... a kind of antidote to the Brexit hate brigade ...
