The garden is full of birds at the moment - on the feeders, in the trees. We must have lots of nests around. I have been watching them as I have been in and out getting washing dry - four beds worth of bedding - I feel like I have a guest house. What a lovely day though. 

And amongst the usual I saw a pair of Siskins - that's a first for us. Apparently they are likely to find our seeds at a time when there are few seeds in the wild. At one time they were both on the feeder, but I liked this picture of the female, less brightly coloured than the male, but pretty all the same. And I liked how she blended in with the new growth on the tree.
