No fitness session today so I just walked down to the village and did a bit of shopping in Tesco.  The weather was Ok - but not sunny.  On the way home it started raining.

When I got back I settled down on the computer to do an online shopping order at Asda.  As my friend Jan is still on her cruise there will be no chance to do the big shop in Morrisons so I needed to stock up.  Hopefully I have remembered to get everything I need.

Then I listened to the match on the radio.  Newcastle were playing away at Ipswich.  Ipswich won 3 - 1.  Newcastle were poor. I'm getting worried. Not many matches left for Newcastle to secure second position in the league and get promoted.  ( Brighton are top and promotion is secure for them ). If Newcastle end up in the play offs I have my doubts as to whether they would do well.  So I have my fingers crossed that the results in the coming matches will go their way. 

I didn't go to slimming group this evening.  As I am a target member I don't have to weigh in every week so as I think know I will have put weight on this week I thought I would give it a miss.

After I post my blip I will get on with the ironing.  Sigh!.
