A Garden of Delights

The only ferry that we could get on was the early one, so we were in Brodick before breakfast and with time to kill before we could book in to the caravan site at Lochranza. National Trust membership card in hand we took off for Brodick Castle just as soon as it was open... and were announced as the first visitors this year, just 11 minutes after they had opened the doors.

I love Rhodies so visiting Brodick at this time of year was just perfect for me. I took far too many photos.

They scored well on the Scone front too, even offering cream.
