(somewhere in) Panabo

Our bus was held up somewhere in Panabo because of an argument between the driver and a passenger who refuses to pay for the fare claiming that it was too expensive. Both the driver and the passenger had to go to a nearby Police station to settle the argument. The driver came back as the winner of course. The passenger was very arrogant and rude even to the passengers who volunteered to pay for the extra fare he wouldnt want to pay. The hold up took about 15mins of us  just parked by the side of the road.
