Nest building.

At last we have a pair of robins starting to build a nest in our Cabbage Tree which has a Clematis climbing through it. Hidden in there is a nest box which we put in a couple of years ago.
As you will notice we don't keep the borders too tidy, as we try to make our small garden wildlife friendly, it seems to be working. There are Blue Tits in another nest box and we think there is a Blackbird nesting in shrubs in another corner.
All that remains is to deter the neighbourhood cats from the garden.
