Mt John observatory Lake Tekapo

Glorious day up on Mt John.

Later, down at the lakeside a chaotic gathering near the lovely little Church of the Good Shepherd - dozens of photographers, plus a queue of brides waiting to have their photos taken. Unfortunately one of the brides was a long time, so the others got very little time before the  sunset. One went off and had some taken in the long grass, and I liked those photos better! Have attached a couple of shots in extras.
