yeah! another brazil world cup qualifying match here tomorrow. go chipolopolo!

some of my family members seem surprised at my recent interest in football after being such a hater all my life. i still loath most football and would rather poke myself in the eye than go to any kind of league match. but it's different when it's your country playing, whether that's england or zambia.

to put it into context, watching the chipolopolo at the ndola stadium would be like watching england, who would have been recently crowned as european champions, coming to play at a stadium within spitting distance of your house. who could resist that?
