Ouch, not really lol

Today has been a very long one, I had to be at hospital early this morning for pre op assessment which took quite a long time. A tedious drive home because of roadworks. Then ---- a phone call from hospital, they had forgotten to do one of the blood tests, could the doctor call me when he was out of theatre to do it, so a couple of hours later another run to the hospital in rush hour groan did the test, another long drive home, at least I am all ready now for the operation, I'm first on the list Monday morning ( fingers crossed )
