Dipper

Kwdiane took a great photo of a dipper on Friday so today she took me along to the same place on the River Frome in Stroud. I was surprised to recognise the location as I had found a geocache here in January 2014.

I took dozens of pictures but really struggled to get the settings correct, specifically the focus, and ended up deleting all of them except this one. Strangely it is almost identical to kwdiane's although I think hers is much better.  

The extra was taken under the railway viaduct at Capel's Mill where it crosses the Thames and Severn canal.

Thanks for all the hearts and stars for yesterday's avocet. Im really pleased it has proved so popular.
