Evening constitutional

Continuing my current trend of at least 5 miles a day walking.

Keeping everything moving seems to help a little with the joint pain. Sleeping well as well, which is a bonus, because I do love my sleep!

My brain is hatching plans. I need to write them down as brain fog makes me a little forgetful. Making notes on my phone and using the voice recorder is helpful.

Positivity. It feels good!
