Christening Day

Today my granddaughter was christened. She wore a gown in which four generations of her mum's family were christened and baptised with the font in which I was baptised and many of my family too. It came from our village chapel that is now a house. My brother had it and gave it to them.

Afterwards lots of people came to the house and we had a lovely afternoon. We are now chilling out and eating leftovers.
