Snail's Pace
A watery sun with a stiff breeze, the clouds not clearing all day.
Our friends couldnt meet us for coffee this morning so we headed off to San Miguel Playa up the promenade for a change. Had a lovely stroll - families out having breakfast, kite surfing, cycling etc. Great to see so many people about.
The grasses and plants on the sand dunes have really flourished and I intend to go there during the week to capture the scene.
Today, however, whilst waiting for Holly to catch up, I had noticed a thinish trail in the path, wondering if it was a small snake. Anyway, further on I came upon this snail, which was making the same trail, so mystery solved.
It about sums up Holly, as she is getting older, she likes to sniff and follows at a sedate speed only getting into top gear if she feels like chasing a bird or cat. She can still put on a turn of speed if she wants!
Hope your Easter weekend has been good, although you have another day to come, whereas, ours is all over.
