A world first
Today I was “invited” (forced) to make bagels for the family.
They were eaten with cream cheese and smoked salmon (and gusto).
However, we made an Easter Bunny Bagel for the subject of yesterday’s Blip, fusing two culinary cultures in what must surely be a world first.
