Following the basic principle of "arrive late, leave early" when wilding, we were up and off early from Megget, without breakfast. We thought we might find something in Selkirk but actually fell across the Philiphaugh Estate just before reaching Selkirk. We had a very good bacon roll in the cafe there and enjoyed a long walk around the estate with Nell.

A smashing place for a visit. We shall return.
