A bit of a halo?

It's either a halo or the Ready Brek glow!  I'm trying to get rid of the daisies around the edges of the veg plot, but it's a losing battle.  The hens love to help, and Ollie loves to supervise them!  

The hens are right at my feet most of the time, looking for slugs and insects under every bit of soil or stone I turn over.  Unfortunately the patch has got New Zealand flatworms in it, and the hide under the stones so the hens are great for dealing with them too.  

Once I've got seeds and veg growing in here there will be no more free ranging over it, so I'm letting them enjoy it while they can!
