Happy birthday!

Today has been such a special day for me. I have been thoroughly spoilt and made to feel very special all day. Today is my 40th.

I arrived at school and was greeted by the deputy head singing happy birthday to me. I then went through the doors and was sung to by two other members of staff. My desk and office were all decorated and then I went to the library. The doors were decorated my flowers and the sign Happy Birthday Miss Flower and then inside there was a mini tea party set up in flower pots and a huge cars signed by all the kids. I was very touched.

The Head threw a little tea party for me in his office at break time and then I had two lovely lessons. Lots of cards and it was just a really lovely day for me. I am surrounded by some lovely people and am very grateful to them for making today so special.
