Edinburgh Rocks!

Received this little treat off a friend back from his jollys.
It's not at all like the traditional stuff from the seaside (which tends to be incredibly hard and terribly sticky).
my sweet toothed critique is as follows
This is firm to the bite, but crumbly to chomp and deliciously sweet.
