Tide on the Rocks

Nothing special really happened today, didn't get much sleep as I'm not feeling amazing but I dragged myself into work and they first few hours didn't go well - I was freezing and had such a bad headache and just not well. Got better after taking some anadin at lunch so the afternoon was actually alright! And if nothing else, I'm earning money which can't be a bad thing!

Went down to the beach afterwards to get a bit of sea air and to try and sort out my head, enjoyed the (short) walk along the coast and got this photo which I'm pretty pleased with! :)
