Why can't I lie longer at the weekends, it's so annoying. Woke before 8 with a headache that has stayed all day.

Did a circular walk along the Water of Leith for a few hours late morning. People everywhere. Retreated back home, closed the curtains, took some sleeping tablets and diazepam and slept.
