Tosca
Course over and all fine. The last day wouldn't be the last day without a little bit of drama and tears and today was no exception. A trainee who taught yesterday had expected a better grade for that lesson than I gave her and she got very upset about it this morning, probably thinking it would have an impact on her overall grade, which in this case wasn't the case. Anyway, all over now, but it meant the last day wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been.
Went to the opera at night - Tosca - with Undercovercairo and her neighbour, who turned out to be one of Egypt's greatest tv presenters in his day and also famous for his work in the World Health Organisation. None of us had any idea and it was only during the break when lots of people wanted to shake his hand and take selfies with him that we wondered! He still didn't say too much, was very modest, charming and down-to-earth. Mr Google helped me later on find out what all the fuss was about!
