Celeriac .

I think having been born is a seaside town bank holiday weekends were always a time for staying home and keeping out of the way of the crowds .
Today was a nice day at home - town shopping in the morning and jobs  around the house in the afternoon ( yes some ironing too ) . Chance to practise my baked celeriac and browse at my newly arrived -Delia's Vegetarian Collection  ! ( many thanks Madhatter ;-) )
Celeriac -  has a very distinctive taste -good in mash potato too . .
