Tall Ships Festival at Woolwich and Greenwich

We at the Tall Ships Festival, we have spent the day at Woolwich. A new place for us, very interesting to contrast the old buildings from the days of making armaments to the growth of high rise accommodation today. In addition there is extensive wok going on to complete Cross rail,  even working on Easter Saturday.
Lovely sunny day with an opportunity to visit several of the moored ships.
We hope to go to Greenwich tomorrow and see the ships sail off to Portugal and thenot  Canada.
