A final recuperation day I think with everything felling a little more normal but still building up the energy. Just when you are looking forward to a nice week something catches you out. But I've enjoyed my birds this week and thanks all for your best wishes.

Hope you are enjoying the weekend scan for me tomorrow, another bit of time with the NHS what would I do without it. Easter Sunday morning and they are there to do complex scans. I admire their commitment.
