Heron on the Thames

Got up early to take T to work for 6 am and then came back to bed for another doze and a bit of reading. 

Walked into town along the Thames and spotted this heron on the banks. It was very obliging and let us take a few photos before it flew to the other side. 

Picked up a few bits in town - more bird food, some cutlery and some bits for lunch. 

Spent the rest of the afternoon catching up on my blips and finally hitting the 1825 milestone (I still have lots from 2016 to catch up on).

Friday night spin class was exhausting but fun.
