I heard that new Vaccines album at the start of the week and to be honest I thought it was dreadful. Don't get me wrong, I like their first album, but this one, well, the bad vocals singing the bad lyrics just made the whole thing pretty unpalatable to my ears. It's undoubtedly not meant for folk like me, forty-something father's of two is probably not the demographic that the record company had in mind. No excuse, music is music and pop is pop and I'll give it another go but really, lads, is that the best you can come up with?

Especially when you could have produced a pop gem like this. It's not rocket science after all.
