Mrs red-wing making sure I was friendly..

Being on my own at work today I took my camera to see what I could see.. After hearing the blackbirds I noticed a small pond with cattails.. Perfect for this bird.. Sure enough I saw two males and two females.. The males were making the most noise while the gals headed to the trees where I took this photo.. My first of hopefully many bird photos on the road again.. 

Wishing everyone a happy Easter weekend.. My sister is bringing dinner over on Sunday.. Going to be nice to have a quiet family evening.. Or I should say a relatively quiet evening with a rambunctious two year old  ;-O
