Trillium....

....growing wild at the park. I don't know about other places, but here trillium is protected, so you can't pick them. They've just started coming up, and their leaves haven't even unfurled yet. At this stage, the leaves remind me of blankets, tightly wrapped around the flowers to keep them warm!
