Flying visit

We had a visit today from Uncle B (husband's brother), who lives in Dubai but was here for a day with work.  B hasn't yet met the youngest (they got on very well) and the eldest didn't remember him, but they left as firm palls. 

Absolutely lovely day spent catching up, especially for the husband.  Children late to bed, without baths and utterly exhausted, we then spent the evening rushing around finishing assignments and work, then packing up for a week away.  I think we have everything packed up - early start tomorrow to try and get the journey done and out of the way.
