Redeeming features

First in what may become a necessary series of 'things wot are good about the UK in springtime' is this pretty blossom, spotted as I cycled about.

There was a decided chill in the air but I bustled around. I ordered a bed, meaning I'll be sleeping less like a squatter soon. I ordered a wardrobe, meaning I'll have to abandon my current approach to clothes storage, i.e. move them from a pile on the floor. I went to hot yoga for the first time since I fainted there last year, and didn't pass out on this occasion. Although I am constantly torn between missing the stimulation of somewhere like Aceh and the familiarity of being at home, and it's surprising how much brain space this occupies, it's been a fairly successful Friday.
