Four islands

We only took one ferry, from Barra to Eriskay, but crossed three islands, ending up at a B&B on Benbecula. Eriskay was pretty, with turquoise waters thanks to the white sands but, with a good lunch at the "SS Politician", was soon crossed. Unfortunately South Uist is much larger and not attractive. Indeed, on a grim afternoon it seemed to go on forever. It got sunnier towards the end, making S Uist look half decent. Crossed another causeway onto Benbecula with attractive hills of N Uist in the distance. Soon arrived at B&B
