Street Shot

This man welcomed this shot as he sat in front of his small shop in Dokki, Cairo. He was very jovial and on good terms with the barber and café keeper beside him. Dd is getting her nails done at the moment, so I'm taking the opportunity to blip on this Good Friday, the first day of the weekend here. There are road blocks near every church around the Cairo block today and Easter celebrations have been cancelled, replaced by Masses for the dead from last Sunday's bombings.
