hail the worker..

ali beavering away in her little cubby hole office.. took things a bit easy this morning,, just tidied the gym /spa room up a bit.. done me hovering,, just generally loafed, a bit of paralympics ... have a quiet moment and get all reflective on us humans.. seeing these guys at the paralympics do their stuff is fascinating, we watch not watching the elite able bodied athletes who we expect to do super human things, but more i see the true human spirit in the paralympics , over coming personal situations to just do the very best they can,, must embody the true meaning of the word sport,, not to go faster higher or further than others..moreover a competition with themselves ..done with true courage,,and they still manage to be show true humanity and joy in others success.. refer to Oscars interview after losing to jonnie peacock in the 100 meters made me feel humble and quite frankly I MUST TRY HARDER not to be an ass...lol.. but feeling i have taken gold that event in the past ! thnk you to the lady pictured above and to my friends past and present ,, thank you .. you are all solid gold.
