Good Friday

is of course a very special day but like most people I will be munching Hot cross buns These are cheap and tasteless from Aldi. I thought about my Dad and the thousands he must have baked over the years. Ones that tasted spicy and moreish. I came across his records of the amounts for Good Friday.
He worked in a small Bakers in town with only an apprentice.Never complained just got on with the job.Happy Easter all ;)
