Pleased To Meet You

Not the first Sumburgh Puffin to appear on Blip this month but there are more and more back now and they seem to be getting to know each other after a winter away.

Without trying too hard this morning I have seen:

House Sparrow, Starling, Blackbird, Puffin, Razorbill, Guillemot, Fulmar, Greater Black-Backed Gull, Herring Gull, Curlew, Turnstone, Snipe, Oystercatcher, Twite (today's extra), Lapwing, Great Skua, Red Throated Diver, Mallard, Shelduck, Redshank, Swallow (earliest I've seen one here), Pipit (probably rock), Raven and Hooded Crow.  Nothing too rare but a fine selection for a cold but sunny morning.
