Unalloyed joy.

It was such a joy to watch this lovely border collie and another one madly running up and down the beach and into the surf. I love dogs.

I spent a couple of hours down on the beach after walking up the Mount as it was a stunning day. I'm slowly getting my fitness levels back up to what they were.
