Dazzling

Managed to fit a very quick visit to the allotment, into a busy morning. Gathered up armfulls of flowers, and spent a wee bit of time taking photos. I liked the bright, buzzy colours of this photo of a Hover Fly 'nectaring'-( a techical term there!)
I was surprised to find out that Britain has 270 species of Hover Fly, and some of them are even able to migrate as they are very strong fliers.
