Gouged

We'd planned it all perfectly that the highly professional floor sanders would sand our nice new floor and it would all be done when we got back from our trip.

Not so lucky. "Yeah, my guys called me and said there was summat wrong wiv' the machine".
Then why, oh why did you keep sanding? And why are my feet sticking to the floor?
"They only finished the job this mornin' mista. Shoulda told yer, I guess..."

Last time, I did it myself. Not a fun job but at least I did it right. How hard can it be?
