The slogan of Audi is 'vorsrung druch technik' Advancement through technology. Clearly the owner of this car had not switched on the clever ' tell me when it's high tide button' so he could move his motor to drier ground.

We are on weeks break in north Norfolk, a place I don't know at all so I will be discovering a few new places. We are stopping at Blakeney a place where the open sea used to lap the quayside but silting up over the years means that it is now on the banks of a tidal creek and when the tide goes out it is nothing but a muddy puddle. When the tide comes however it transforms the place and it also floods the foreshore carpark. If you ever go heed the warnings ' if the tide time and height is shown in red it floods the carpark you have been warned'.

It would appear that this is regular summer evening entertainment for the locals as a large crowd had gathered to watch 'drowning'.
